Request Regarding Use of Portable Battery Packs

There have been incidents of portable battery packs emitting smoke or catching fire both domestically and abroad. To ensure the safety and peace of mind of all guests, we ask for your cooperation regarding the use of portable battery packs in guest rooms as follows.

• When you will be away from your room, such as when going out, please refrain from charging portable battery packs.
• When charging a mobile device from a portable battery pack, or when charging a portable battery pack using the room’s power outlet, please avoid using them near windows exposed to direct sunlight, on beds, sheets, or other flammable materials.
• To prevent any potential problems, please make sure to use portable battery packs in a location where you can constantly monitor their condition.

If hotel staff observe any of the above situations during housekeeping while you are staying, they may move the portable battery pack or stop its charging for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
