Q1.  When will the cancellation fee be charged?

In principle, it will be charged 3 days in advance. Cancellation fee is 20% of the accommodation fee from 3 days before to the day before, 50% of the accommodation fee on that day, and if you do not contact us, the cancellation fee will be the full amount. However, in case of natural disasters or other unexpected cases, please contact us by phone.

Q2.  Is there a parking lot?

Free parking is available for hotel guests.
Since the parking space is limited, please contact us in advance.
In case the parking lot is full, the front desk staff will guide you.

Q3. How much is the accommodation fee for child?

Since it depends on each plan, please see the plan details page

Q4. Do you provide amenities such as towels?

Bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, yukata are available. You can also use the ones you brought with you. Hair dryers, soap and shampoo are available at the public bath.

Q5.  What payment method are available?

You can pay by cash, credit cards, gift vouchers, etc. Depending on the type, it may not be available, so please contact the facility for details. We also accept advance payment by bank transfer.

Q6. 【About plan with Yunessun ticket】How long are tickets available?

Tickets are available from the check-in date to the check-out date (while staying with a plan with Yunessun).
Check-in procedures, pick-up Yunessun tickets, and luggage storage are available from the morning of the day of check in.
(You can enter the room from 3:00pm.)

Q7. How can I get to Hakone Kowakien Yunessan?

It is about a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel.
In addition, free shuttle bus service is available during the daytime.

Q8. Can I have dinner in the hotel?

Our hotel does not serve dinner, so please use nearby restaurants and convenience stores.
