In principle it will be three days in advance. Cancellation fee is 3 days ago - the day before but 20% of the accommodation fee, 50% of the day, if it does not contact it is the full price. - Q2. Is there a parking lot?
We are located. As there are limited numbers, please contact us in advance. In the case of full car, there is a possibility to use the parking lot of Hotel Kowakien.

- Q4. Are there preparations for towels etc?
Bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, yukata are available. You can bring it yourself. Dryer, soap and shampoo are available at the public bath.
- Q5 . What is the payment method?
Cash, credit cards, gift certificates, etc. can be used for payment. Depending on the type, it may not be available, so please contact the facility. Advance deposit is also accepted.
