Q1. What's the cancellation policy?

You may pay both by cash and credit card. Please contact us to confirm if your credit card is beside Visa, Master and JCB. Wire tranzaction via bank is also possible in the condition that you contact in advance.

Q2. Is there any parking lots?
There are bath towel, face towel and tooth brush and Yukata (Japanese bath robe) prepared for you to use. It's also possible to bring your own amenities. Hair dryer, soap, shampoos are available in public bath.

Q3. How much do I need to pay for my kids?

It depends on the package rate that you book via homepage. Please check the package page.

Q4. Is there towels prepared in the room?

Yes, we have. Please do contact us in advance to confirm if there is availability for parking lot, and if the parking lot is full, it's also possible to address you to the parking lot in Hakone Hotel Kowakien.

Q5. How do I pay for the room rate?
There will be no cancellation fee till 3 days before your check in date. Within 3 days before - the day before, 20% of the total reservation fee will be charge. Cancellation upon check in date, 50 percent of total reservation fee will be charged. 100 percent of total reservation fee for no show. Please do contact us as soon as possible in case of emergency such as accident, or natural disaster.
